Campus Green Belt Project – Bauchi State University Gadau

The Campus Green Belt initiative promotes environmental stewardship and youth-led climate action. The Offshore Lab launched the project at BASUG with the planting of 1,000 fruit-bearing trees and a drip irrigation system.

By engaging students in planning, planting, and maintenance, the initiative cultivates practical understanding of sustainability and builds capacity for future climate leaders across Nigerian universities.
